    Real Photo Postcard RPPC.
    This is a very interesting postcard, showing a group of men working. We think they might be cutting through the mountain to build a road. We think the word on the rock reads "Albright West Virgina" and maybe Ruchbell Grade? This would be in Preston County. Circa 1910.
