Clear crystal glass fog lenses, never installed, used, exposed to road use or the elements, no chips, scratches, cracks, pitting or fogging with shiny & unblemished reflectors with no surface deterioration. Working condition, tested prior to listing and will be tested again prior to shipping.From long term storage, lenses show as unused NOS. May display minor evidence of age including minor cosmetic flaws to housings & bezels. Please note a series of micro paint surface marks along the rear of one lamp. No original packaging.     Up for sale is a pair of unused,
    genuine CIBIE 175 clear fog lamps with spare lens & new H2 bulbs
    , complete NOS working lamps.
    From long term environment controlled storage & display minor evidence of shelf life & age including minor flaws on housings & bezels.
    Never used, installed, exposed to road use or the elements, one lamp shows a series of surface marks along rear from storage life.
    Lenses show as new
    with no cracks, chips, pitting, fogging or scratches with shiny, unblemished reflectors. See all photos.
    Vintage and genuine Cibie units with early grey powder-coated metal housings and Cibie 175 stamped in chrome bezel top surface.
    Includes lamps as shown, 55 watt H2 bulbs, correct ceramic H2 bulb holders, mount hardware, single power lead & base ground.
    Disassembled, inspected, reassembled and tested for function
    , always retested prior to packing & shipping, no function apologies.
    These were often referred to as the
    "Rectangular Oscar"
    by virtue of the concave shaped lens face and lighting performance.
    Impressive immediate beam penetration & illumination spread width per spec, plus "fringe" lighting effect, see photo # 9.
    Glass dimensions are approximately
    7" x 4.25" (178mm x 108mm)

    Lenses can rotate 180 degrees for upright or pendulum use, displayed for upright use, easily converted to suited needs.
