Palm Hotel, Charles Washington Hall and Rouse Memorial Hall, Charles Town, W. Va.
It was postmarked from Charles Town WV in 1910 and includes a stamp.
It was published by C. W. Taylor in Charles Town WV.  It was printed by Baltimore
Stationery Co in Baltimore MD and was Made in Germany.
Refer to the pictures for a view of the condition.
It is in old vintage condition with soiling, paper loss at corner tips,
and some edge and corner tip wear as shown.
