Cats Eye auxiliary lamp 9000 lens. It is in nice shape, but does have a few chips around the edges. It measures 7-1/4" in diameter. Part number 6016. I do not know what it fits. Made by Columbus Metal Products Inc. Please look closely at the pictures and ask any questions before purchasing.
