Shipping
· Your item(s) will be shipped after PayPal has cleared your payment.
· We are typically able to ship on the day of purchase; however, please notify us if you need shipping expedited so that we can make special arrangements if required.
· Economy Shipping is typically mailed by the least expensive method. Expedited Shipping typically arrives in 2-3 business days.

Return Policy, Indemnification and Disputes
· Please check the listing to see if we accept returns for this item.
· If the listing says the item is offered "As Is" or "For Parts Only" or "For Salvage Only" or "No Returns Accepted," we do not accept returns for the item.Please do not ask us or eBay, as the request will be denied.
· For items that are eligible for return, we offer a 7-day inspection period and a 14-day return period.  That means we must be notified of all claims or returns within 7 days of receiving the shipment (as indicated by the delivery records of the shipping service), and we must receive the item back within 14 days of original delivery (with reasonable accommodations for weekends, holidays, transit time, etc.)
· Items must be returned in the same condition they were in as when they were purchased.  This means if the item was new in a sealed package, it must be returned in a sealed package to be eligible for a refund.
· Items returned with missing pieces, in used condition, in open packaging or not in the original packaging (if applicable) will be refused and returned to sender.
· Return shipping must be by traceable and insured means. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. If we have inadvertently misrepresented an item or have overlooked a functional defect, we will always work to ensure buyer's satisfaction.
· Returned items will be inspected within 7 days of receipt at our facility and any refund due will be issued within 14 days of receipt.
· Please be certain that returned items are well-packaged.  We photograph every return package upon receipt and prior to opening for inspection.  If the item was poorly packaged and is damaged during the return shipment, you may or may not receive a refund.
· You will be refunded the original price you paid for the item MINUS a 25% restocking fee. Unless it is determined that we have significantly misrepresented an item, shipping costs are non-refundable.
· In the event of a return of an item where free shipping was offered, the actual shipping costs paid (including packaging) will be deducted from the refund. Again, unless it is determined that we have significantly misrepresented the item. If requested, we will provide proof of the actual shipping cost to the buyer.
· By purchasing this item, Buyer agrees to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims made by Buyer or any third party for any liability or damages associated with the purchase, application or use of this item, without exception or limitation.  Buyer further agrees that in no event shall our liability for monetary or compensatory damages exceed the price the Buyer paid for the item purchased from us.
